ASI PRESENTATION AT 'R&D OPPORTUNITIES IN CONCENTRATING SOLAR POWER (CSP) TECHNOLOGY SOUTH AUSTRALIA - AN INFORMATION SESSION ON THE ASI's ROUND 3 FUNDING PROGRAM'
The ASI and RenewablesSA hosted a session to provide South Australian stakeholders with an opportunity to learn more about the ASI’s Round 3 Funding Program. The ASI is calling for proposals under its Round 3 grants program, with a focus on excellent research and development projects using CSP technologies. Through the Round 3 process, the ASI is working with the South Australian Government and also governments of the Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia to identify and support excellent projects in those jurisdictions that match either an ASI or state or territory government priority area.

The ASI presented on ‘PV R&D and Market Developments in Australia’ at Intersolar Europe 2011 as part of the ‘Global Markets- Future Prospects’ session, together with the U.S, Canada, Japan, China and India.
The ASI also presented on financing models to support solar innovation at the Austrade seminar during Intersolar.
